Terms and conditions for using the EasySoft & INDS download service comprises of our requirements and also the requirements of the various exchanges that provide the data onward disseminated by ourselves to you. When you download data from us, you automatically agree to comply with all these terms and conditions.
Our Terms are as follows:
2: You may only use the data download from us for your own private use. You may not distribute this data to any third party, either for free or for reward.
3: Any person or organization that redistributes data obtained from us will be prosecuted.
4: We do not guarantee the accuracy of the data we supply; although we have taken extensive steps to ensure we in no way degrade the quality of the data supplied to us.
5: Payment for our download service is a minimum of one month in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any stage with a minimum of one months advanced notice.
6: We do not refund any monies, under any circumstance, in respect of service provided for previous month’s data.
7: The
responsibility lies with you to cancel any subscription to any and/or
all exchange you no longer wish to obtain data for.
8: The responsibility lies with you to download the data we prepare.
9: We take no responsibility should our suppliers fail to provide us
with data in a timorous manner, nor should we be unable to
re-disseminate that data to you in a timorous manner.
10: We communicate with our clients via Email. It is your responsibility
to ensure that the email details listed in our system for contacting you
are correct.
11: Where clients wish to obtain data for exchanges other than the
primary exchange for the branch they deal with, they must first obtain
data for their local exchange before they can subscribe to other
international exchanges.
12: Where a client has not ordered online and/or is not being supported 100% electronically, then if such a client emigrates from one country to another, he needs to obtain a data download from the branch in his new country.
