Branch Support
In order to ensure that users get the best support possible, we require that users purchase their PrimeCharts software from the branch in the country that they live in (or the branch designated to service their country). This branch will order and setup your EasySoft & INDS data download service. They will support you with both the PrimeCharts software and the download service.

OnLine Support
Where a user has purchased the software and/or download online to there being no designated branch for the location in which he lives, support will also be effected online via email using the support email address you will be supplied with when you order.
